Errors will be corrected where discovered, and GlassArtVision reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GlassArtVision.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

SHIPPING TIME:
The shipping time depends on available stock. If we have your piece on hand we often ship within a few days of your order, if not it can take up to 2-3 weeks.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Charges are based on size and weight of the item. You will be notified of the cost. Your purchase will be professionally packed and fully insured for a safe delivery. Generally, you can expect to receive an item within 2 to 3 weeks from the order date. Orders are shipped UPS ground, unless instructed otherwise. Larger pieces require delivery and set-up by the artist.

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your piece, please contact us within (3) days of receipt of the merchandise. Any returns must be shipped back in the original packing material and container provided by the artist and insured for full value. We are unable to accept returns from outside the United States and Canada, or merchandise that has been made to special order.
